Computer Starts Scan at Start up (Please Help)
Hi there,

Every time I turn on my Windows XP Laptop, it starts scanning the hard drives.

The whole process takes about 6-8 minutes. I want to get rid of it.

Secondly, my when I open 5-6 different Mozilla Firefox Windows, Laptops starts hangs up and performance becomes slow.

I will be very thankful for any kind of help for these issues.

Regards
bushib

Hi there,

There is not a program but hard disk itself starts scanning at every computer startup.

It shows that as the system is not properly shut down.

Secondly, the system performance has also become slow.

Please help how to fix this problems?
