Kaspersky question
Looking at the Proactive Defense screen ther are three options to check.

Application Activity Analyzer
Application Integrity Control
Registry Guard

At present only the first ,Application Activity Analyzer, is enabled and I,m not sure if the other two should be enabled.

I have all 3 enabled and recommend you do the same.
