How do I know for sure if I need this update? Thanks.

Very little info on it but it seems to be related to Microsoft .NET Framework. Some sorta service pack. Claims to be critical. But lack of info on it....sheesh!

I'm sure it will be fine. I never have a problem with any of their updates.
