can't remove right click menu to uninstall ez armor
i have windows xp. was switched from time warner and ez armor to comcast and mcafee. i have uninstalled ez armor via the control panel and continue to get the right click menu failure. i have removed unvet32.exe via safe mode. i have removed registry keys in safe mode. i have a registry key in software\classes\clsid... that refuses to open. this is the last item to vanish before i can install mcafee. does anyone know how to get rid of it?

If I remember correctly, registry keys have in their properties a security tab, just like files and folders. Maybe you don't have permission set correctly to open that key?
