What window? Do you have a genuine copy? If not then your solution is to buy one. If you do then maybe you need to contact MS?

AFAIK you have three options.
1) buy a legal copy of Windows
2) tell the shop to install a legal copy of Windows (maybe they'll do it if you threaten to report them to Microsoft?)
3) return the PC to the shop & buy one from a legitimate OEM (assuming the shop sold you the PC vs. simply installing Windows on it for you)
