How authentic is quickheal's info.qhc file ?
When v have to send our systems critical info to QH v have create a info.qhc file & send it to them which they analyze and send us the solution. They claim that only technical files such as system folders etc r mentioned in the file & that nothing personal details r mentioned in the file.

How genuine is this when they say 'no personal details r mentioned in the file'?

The file is .qhc, how r v supposed to open it before we send it to QH, cos it doesnt support any format to read it. y didnt they use .txt.

Hence i'm skeptical in sending the file.
