Synchronised windows workstation user accounts
All I want to do is have two Admin level access passwords into Windows xp & vista.
The only level of control difference being the inability to change each other passwords.
Otherwise, each user gets exactly the same priveliges, outlook accounts, desktop network, performance, security and programme settings. If one user changes something , it shows up when the other user logs in.
Can somebody please tell me how to do this?

Hi there

If you want you useraccounts to have administrators privileges on your workstations, then they can do anything.

If you want your users to shraed te same desktop and applkications settings then you can have them to share the same user profile.
There are ways to do this in a domain environment (roaming profiles / mandatory profiles) but I don't know if that can be done without a domain.

Try look at an application like this - http://www.research-lab.com/userprofilemirrorread.htm.

This might be helpful in this case.

Regards
Mikkel

Thanks, but I figured out for myself the solution is to use a great little programme called BootLocker.
This loads at windows startup and lets you login to the default windows account with admin and user level passwords.
Unfortunately it doesn't yet work with Vista 64, dunno about Vista 32.
