Angry My hotmail account is being hacked.
[A person is continuously hacking into my account. No matter HOW MANY TIMES I change the password, he always gets the new one. I have recently reported him to the local branch of the F.B. I. He is obviously using an internet service to get this done. I have never used this person's computer, so that's NOT how he's getting the password.
My QUESTION: the S.O.B. has deliberatly erased messages that he knows are More than Important to me. Is there ANY way to get deleted messages BACK? He deletes my mail, and then goes into Trash and deletes them there as well. Can I retrieve them???? thanks

What I would do is either download each email to your local disk, or select and copy the text of the messages and paste into a text file. Alternately, you can "forward" the emails to yourself at another address, but you want to ensure this hacker person cannot learn the destination address if you choose this option. I assume you already are in the habit of saving attachments as they arrive, rather than waiting "until later."

Whoever this person is, you will want to report them to Microsoft, as well as the appropriate governmental cyber-crimes agencies. There may be other organizations to which you may appeal for help.

You're chances of retrieving those e-mails are slim. I would create a new account somewhere and tell everyone to e-mail you there. Check your hacked account for anything you can salvage, like contacts or filed messages.

He could be getting your password through a keylogger on your PC. Go onto a safe PC and change all your passwords to all your important stuff, and run some virus/spyware scans on your PC with programs such as Avast, Spybot S&D, or AVG and see if they find anything.
