If you're computer is infected you should post a hijackthis log in the "Malware Removal & HijackThis Logs" section of the forum so a malware removal specialist can take a look

but for free security software what's your operating system? XP, Vista?

I don't want to refer you to software thats incompatible with your computer.

Then for anti-virus you can use avast and for anti-spyware programs theres
superantispyware
Spybot-S&D
AVG Anti-spyware

and since it sounds like your computer is infected you can also try out dr. web cure it

only run one anti-virus program and you can use all the anti-spyware programs or just choose the ones you want to use the dr. web cure it is an on-demand scanner that scans for viruses, rootkits, spyware, etc but to update it's detections you always have to download it again from the site,

all the programs I posted are either free or have free versions,

other people will probably post with more programs,
