Switching question
Hello All,

would like some input i am currently running ca internet suite that is provided free by my cable company provides firewall, virus, spyware and email scanning. but i am also using spybot search and destroy(tea timer disabled),windows defender, adaware 2007,spyware blaster along with mcafee site advisor for both explorer and firefox. i was thinking about unistalling windows defender which usually does not find anything and installing super antispyware. does any one know of any conflicts with using superanispyware with the other programs that i am running. any suggestions would be appreciated. oh yes and also using winpatrol.

WinPatrol and Windows Defender both offer real-time protection so you should only have one running and you made a good decision to uninstall Defender and install WinPatrol.

The free versions of SuperAntiSpyware, AdAware and Spybot (without TeaTimer) are all scanners so they won't interfere with the other programs. I've never had CA Internet Suite, so I'm not sure what real-time anti-spyware components it has. You should compare it's options to what WinPatrol has.
