Solved: Can Mcafee & Ms Defender work together
I have latest McAfee running and am considering dowloading MS Windows Defender.
Will there be any conflict?
Must I "turn off" any part of one of them so there are not two programmes trying to do the same thing and that causes a problem.

If you have the McAfee anti-spyware component installed then there could be a conflict.

Actually Windows Defender isn't really that good, I'd get Spybot Search & Destroy, SuperAntiSpyware and SpywareBlaster. AdAware 2007 is also good but it can conflict with McAfee Anti-Virus.
