Firewall Testing
I just installed a "Lynksys" hardware firewall. It tells me it is working properly but is there a way to test this new hardware?

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

Post Firewall testing
Hi there. Thanks for the fast reply
Yes, I found the site and did all the tests. First I disabled the software firewall just to make sure I would test the proper fire wall and it passed all tests with flying colors!!! Thank again.

I was down under in New Zealand visiting my sister in Karamea in Your summer (Dec. 2006 and Jan 2007) and I too took some nice shots at the comet but nowhere as nice as yours. If you are ever in Karamea, you should give them a call. they are very hospitable and love to have visitors.

(sorry, they don't have a computer)

Anyway, that's all for now. let me know what happens down there. I was there for 2 months and had a heck of a time leaving your beautiful country.

Thanks again,

Try the website: http://www.firewallleaktester.com

Read the webpages to learn more about the topic of leak testing.

It is very comprehensive.

Thanks Tom.
Yes, I ran the GRC Leak Test and I passed every test with flying colors.
I even had the software firewall disabled just to make sure and everything went fine.

Thanks for the quick and helpful response.

I would edit out your email address or the spambots will get it and spam you.
Well by not they already have it. Never post your address at a forum or chat.
