okay so basically
i cant log into msn
well i kinda can
either i can get to the 2 guys swirling around
while logging in, then it freezes
or i can get logged in
see my name and pic and stuff
but it freezes that far
i cant even get to where i see any contacts
it freezes before

Sounds like what I used to go through when I subscribed to MSN. MSN has a Customer Support line and if you can get someone who speaks good English perhaps they can help you.
Also, I would check to see if I have a build up of old tracks and MRU's. They can slow down any ISP.
