Unhappy Scanning individual files and drives in Norton 360,
I just installed Norton 360 and to my surprise it does not appear possible to select an individual drive or file for scanning. From what I can tell you can you must scan all drives installed on the computer. Does anyone else know if there is a way to select individual drives or files?

Version 2...
It's available in version 2.0 which has been released on the Symantec Store site. You can probably download a trial of version 2.0 and activate it with your product key from version 1.

Hi Jcb,

This is Mike from the Norton Authorized Support Team responding to your post regarding Norton 360 1.0.

As long as you have a valid subscription you are entitled to an upgrade to Norton 360 2.0 which does allow you to scan individual files, and also includes other new features.

Please click on the link below to download the latest updates to Norton 360.

Thank you,

Mike
