Solved: I need a new Anti-Virus
I've used Norton...No Thanks.
I've been using Kasperski 6, but when I tried to upgrade to 7 it said it isn't compatible with Zone Alarm...I like ZA and I think it is kinda underhanded to try and take the knees out from under the competition...So I'm looking for a new AV.
Any suggestions?

If your using the Zone Alarm free version, I'd dump Zone Alarm. If you have Zone Alarm pro [worth keeping] you might like to look at Comodo AV [free]. Very good and includes mail scan.

I have ZA Pro...any opinion on ZA's Anti-Virus? How about their "Internet Security Suite"?
I ask because Spy Sweeper seems to take a lot of CPU time...and I figure that the A-V and the firewall won't have a compatibility issue!

the zonealarm anti-virus should be good it uses the same anti-virus engine as kaspersky 7.0 so it should be as good as kaspersky,

From checkpoint's website, http://www.checkpoint.com/products/za_iss/faq.html#3
Quote:
What is new about the “new” antivirus engine?

ZoneAlarm’s protection from viruses includes multiple layers, including our firewall, anti-spam, and our Operating System Firewall (OSFirewall) that prevents viruses from damaging your PC and operating system. Most antivirus solutions don’t include these extra layers of protection but rely only on scanning and removing viruses with an “antivirus engine”.

Starting with version 7.0, ZoneAlarm offered a new antivirus engine that is arguably the most respected and effective antivirus engine available today. This award-winning Antivirus technology is from Kaspersky Labs. Kaspersky is known as the leading antivirus provider because of two main things: 1) Its legendary hourly signature updates which make your computer protected sooner from zero-day virus outbreaks; and 2) Its expanded database that goes beyond viruses to catch the latest spyware such as Trojan horses. Kaspersky has won major industry awards from Virus Bulletin, SC Magazine and others and is a favorite among computer experts. It is an excellent and critical component of ZoneAlarm’s multi-layered antivirus defenses.
