We currently have a computer here at work and we would like to be able to prevent our employees from accessing the internet on it. I know that you can block certain sites by using Content Advisor, but is there a way to block all sites unless you have a password?

We are running Windows XP & IE6.

I have seen this done before, when you click on the internet icon it starts to access and then a box pops up stating that it has been blocked and you need a password, but I cannot remember how it was set up.
