Hi, Title of the software is

Security & Privacy Complete 3.2.2

Using your link, the window that comes up is a big screenshot of the features, settings, etc in the program, the title is up on the top bar of that window.

Never heard of it, but it looks interesting, and sourceforge.net is rather reputable site.

That's what caught my eye about it.It appears to take care of a lot of settings.I haven't figured out how this program really works though.I'll take a closer look at this for sure,perhaps someone here uses this will tell me how it works.

Well, it looks pretty straight forward. It even has a backup built-in.
However, I can see some crucial settings there, so I'd use serious caution, when using it.
I downloaded it, and there is no installation needed, which I like in case of tweaking programs.
