schedule avg
I have avg version 8.0.81. I would like to schedule a whole system scan at 1 am. I've tried to schedule the scan In the program Itself also windows task scheduler, & a combination of both. would someone help me with this??? thnx

You can only schedule a scan with the paid version . . is that what you have?

With 7.5 . . open AVG . . click on Scheduler and make and changes/additions you want.

like I said In previous post I tried that as the first thing, & then In xp windows task scheduler.

You might try reinstall AVG . . it's working fine on three machines here and a dozen or so for clients

You leave the pc turned on right?

well,, I re-installed avg. On the setup page " shedule a one time scan", I did just that but this morning It shows no evidence of ever running.

Have you looked in Event Viewer to see what might happen at the time you have scheduled?
