Problems connect/configuring Norton 2008 Internet Security
Hi, I downloaded Norton Internet Security 2008 and had to go online to manually update my subscription. So now, subscription is okay.

I cannot connect to Norton via "help & support" - it does not recognize my internet connection (although I do have one - I can even do liveupdate !!!)

Of more concern is that I cannot configure anything, such as my Firewall. Clicking on configure gives me the following error message: "The options interface could not be initialized. One or more of the Symantec services may not be running. Please restart your computer and try again."

I have restarted my computer. I have downloaded and reinstalled the program. No solution.

Help?
