Hi, The software Deep Freeze can be used by home pc owners, but usually we see it in schools or other public places that allow the computer to be used, but when the machine is restarted, no changes are saved....the machine returns to the state it was "frozen" in after Deep Freeze was set up and used.

There is a password key involved to disable the freeze, which if you have forgotten, we cannot help you obtain--- but possibly their tech support could.

I'm sure that if you call them with your serial number, they can help you out.
