| I would post a HijackThis log for a log specialist to take a look. HijackThis is available here: http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en...ols/hijackthis Use "Do a system scan and save a log file", and notepad will open with a log of what it finds, copy and paste the contents here. Don't ask it to fix anything. |

| Let's have you post a log from Hijackthis and maybe we can spot anything out of place: go to Click here to download HJTsetup.exe

| Hi, Please do this: SD FIX Please read all through the info so you know what will be done. **Note that SDFix runs only in Safe Mode **Also> any user account that you boot into, in Safe Mode, has to be at Administrator user level... There is a Printable Version button up under the Thread Tools drop down menu that will let you print a nice text version of these instructions. Alternate way to save directions:Open Notepad> Copy and Paste any text you wish into Notepad, and Save the file as something you will recognize like TSGhelp.txt and save it onto your desktop. Download SDFix and save it to your Desktop. Double click SDFix.exe and it will extract the files to %systemdrive% (Drive that contains the Windows Directory, typically C:\SDFix) Please then reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :

| Hi, One thing about keyloggers...if they are the commercial type, they might not be found by the current antispyware programs. If they are the common ones, they should be detected... It's often the case that antikeylogging software will block good programs by mistake....see this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keystro...gging_software You can run down through the technical stuff, and you will find info on how the two types of detection programs find keyloggers. Here is a link to some of the better anti-keylog or keylogging preventer programs: http://wiki.castlecops.com/Lists_of_...antikeyloggers It depends on what type was used, and how you discovered "astlog" on the computer....if it was a scan, continue to use that one. This online scanner will detect astlog: http://us.trendmicro.com/us/products...ces/index.html Post the results if you find any items infected. Here are some other good online scanners: HERE to run Panda's ActiveScan
Or this one: Kaspersky online full scan
