Are you looking for a free one? If so, AVG or Avast.
If you wanna spend more for good quality, NOD32.

That review covers the older version 2.7, which is still supported and runs on older Windows OS's. The latest version is 3.0, and differs quite a lot from 2.7, not least because it claims to work against a wider range of malware.

I personally am not aware of any reviews of V. 3 (apart from its ratings at AV-Comparatives; http://www.av-comparatives.org/), but here's what Eset claim it does; http://www.eset.co.uk/products/products.php

I suppose I should declare an interest as I have been a NOD user since October '04!
