C , D ,E : Access in denied

I detected lots of Win32.fujack viruses,.vbs.solow.g viruses n three trojans -win32.agent.hzy....Now I am unable to access my c,d,e drives directly......also i find the computer quite slow....i have lots of softwares loaded n dont want to re-install the OS.......please help
