Tonight I received a prompt from ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite to upgrade from version 70_462_000 to version 70_470_000. However, I did a Google search and discovered that three people had attempted the same upgrade earlier today only to encounter serious problems. Two mentioned that their systems locked up and one said his slowed to a crawl.

After reading about these bad experiences, I'm not sure I want to try the upgrade. But if I do try it and find that it adversely affects my system, how would I go about reverting to the previous version?
