Windos LiveOne Care
I am a subscriber to Windows LiveOne Care. My O/S is Windows XP Professional, 2GB memory, 100 GB hard drive. Since end February I have been unable to activate LiveOne Care. Antivirus and antispyware will not activate. I have tried the antimalware removal tool but the system tells me there is a problem and must close this particular program. Almost a dozen tech support people from Microsoft have tried to help me (?), all without success. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Live One, NET.Framework 2.0, NET.Framework Service Pack 1 several times and still no solution to the problem. I have tried to attach the relevant screen shots. Desperately need help.
