Hi Majid Khan,

Welcome to TSG!

It is very difficult to analyze what your system is doing from your task manager displays as it concludes that your System Idle Process is at CPU=99. What do you see when you click on the Performance tab or Applications tab or Users tabs of the Task Manager display?

Go here and download the process explorer tool which may help you to determine what applications are using what resources. There are a number of tools at this website you should probably download - just go through the lists of different tools and determine which ones look like they can help you- e.g. RootkitRevealer.

Just as a guess, if AVENGINE.EXE is running continuously - it might be the culprit, but I do not know how it is scheduled to run, and what other applications may be consuming lots of resources. What AV is AVENGINE.EXE?

Oftentimes there are conflicts between applications that are running at the same time, like more than one AV. I have always found it useful to do full AV scans of a disk in Safe Mode before booting up with full exposure to the Internet.

It might just come down to the case where you need to increase the amount of RAM you have in order to run the number of applications you are running at any one time. But, that is not proven - just a swag.
