You've already got plenty of security enabled and installed. I don't think your computer or network was "hacked". It sounds like a simple network/system hiccup. There's always something more a person can do to protect themselves, but the more secure a system, the more you start to hamstring yourself.

What made you think you were hacked? What symptoms did you find?

I suddenly lost bandwidth, cpu was at 100% I managed to get into task manager and the problem was coming from my wireless printer (which was turned off) I went into my wireless network connections and there were no networks and it said windows is not configured...... I had completely lost control of my computer. I unplugged the router and turned off laptop wireless, went into safe mode and user policies/permissions were changed. Read several errors in the events log and Kaspersky mysteriously had no records to report during that time and Secondary login and Remote access was suddenly turned on.

It is strange that a hacker would tamper with your network settings, after all, he needs that connection too.
Did you turn on WPA or WPA2 on your wireless router? If not, you are vulnerable to close range attackers connecting to your network and attacking your PCs. Setting a good long admin password is also good practice.
