Hi, I had issues with the zlob virus, however, I managed to remove it with a trial version of kaspersky, which was uninstalled afterwards.

I looked around for a good antivirus, and it seems kaspersky is good, and it also removed the trojan so i bought it. I've gone to install it, and it keeps saying I need to retsart my computer before i can proceed. I restart, and launch installation again, and the exact same thing happens....

What can I do to sort this?


Also, since the zlob trojan was deleted, everytime i log onto an account i get an error message saying there is a missing dll file. I have searched for the dll file on those websites where you can download dll's from, but it is not on any of them.mCould this be related to the problem with installing kaspersky?

Please can someone help. I really need my laptop back to working condition.
