Exclamation Windows Defender Warning ??
Every time my cpmputer starts up on my user name it has Windows Defender pop up. It says Windows defender detected programs that might compromise your privacy or damage your computer".

Name: Program:Win32/Winfixer
Alert level: High

I have windows vista and this pops up when i log on. I click remove all but it still pops up when i log onto my computer/account.

Also i downloaded antispyware to get rid of viruses but it just did a scan and made me pay for it. So i uninstalled antispyware. I downloaded Spybot search and destroy instead. I scaned and found a antispy error or something. I remove it. Next time i log on and scan in Spybot search and destroy the antispy error is there again. Help please

this is a serious virus because i left the virus alone one time and played one of my game and it lagged bad.

I would post a HijackThis log for a log specialist to take a look. HijackThis is available here:

http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en...HJTInstall.exe

Use "Do a system scan and save a log file", and notepad will open with a log of what it finds, copy and paste the contents here. Don't ask it to fix anything.
