all websites are fast
all websites are fast accept our websites. We checked with hosting company that host our website and everything was fine.If we connect to different internet connection line it is faster but it is not faster for that old line. We have a static IP address for our router.

Even the ping statistics show some 3% to 4% loss in relay.

please give suggestion...or any idea of what it is?
Is it a virus problem....?
