Unhappy Norton 360 version 2 add on pack
Whenever I install the add on pack for Norton 360 version 2, my Norton 360 main menu does not open up. I am pretty sure this is a widespread problem because I tested this with another computer that I have and the same thing happens.

The add on pack menu does show though, but that is about it. My computer tells me that the normal Norton 360 2.0 operations are running normally, but I just can't open the graphical main menu.

I have tried using the clean uninstall of Norton 360 and the add on pack with the norton removal tool, but that did not work after reinstalling.

What is the problem? I don't want to have to reinstall everything again over and over. This is my fifth time.

it seems the problem was a software conflict. i contacted a symantec technician who instructed me to turn off certain programs in msconfig. it worked surprisingly.

This problem has been going on for a long time.
