Sudden loss in preformance
I recently did a huge cleanup on my com, I made sure i have space.
I slowly have been losing my preformance i once had.
I'm wondering what are the best combination's for Speed + security, i am a gamer, But i allso value my security?.

Srry with bein short.
I run a Nvidia geforce 8 Series
Core 2 duo Laptop
with 2gb of ram vista.

DDR3 Quality.

Updated service pack 1, Along with updates for my video card ect.
game loading ect has gone down from 1 second(Geting on a map) To about...30 seconds and thats a very noticeable change
not to mentipon i sit therre for some games for maybe like 10mins and they never coome...
