AVG Virus Results- what does 'Change' Mean?

(if the photo doesn't work here is a direct link to the image: http://img228.imageshack.us/img228/8...sresultji7.jpg)

So... What does the 'Change' mean- and how do I 'Change' it- or is it not even important?

Thanks for any help.

Edit: Forgot to mention this- I get a 'change' 'virus' each time I run AVG scan- I've figured that it's not actually bad because my system doesn't 'appear' to be running badly...
