for the past few weeks I have been unable to open a certain webpage https://panel.gfkmedia.co.uk it works perfectly from any computer that I use outside the home, I have been in touch with my isp and although I tried everything they told me it still wont work. I recently downloaded spybot (I have Norton anti virus) and I wondered if this could be causing the problem? I have put the web address in my trusted sites but it hasn't made any difference.
