Exclamation Unknown Startup Entry
C:\WINDOWS\INSTALLER\{D8E363A7-88B7-446D-B2C0-E26CE4DC8E54}\_294823.EXE

I don't know what that is, but WinPatrol lists it in my Startup Programs on a practically brand new machine. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Opened msconfig>startup, all I see that might correspond is an entry with the first two columns blank, and it's in the same hklm...run location as the others.

Googled the above sequence of numbers, and tentatively I identify this program as relating to "LaunchU3.lnk" which is part of the U3 technology employed by some flash drives. Windows Defender gives me a pop up about this every time I turn on the computer.

PC has passed multiple scans for malware, end to end to end. But still...

My big concern is that it relates to this.
