Hi there I'm new!
I have a problem

so out of nowhere a pop-up appears!

when I use process xp's find windows process button it finds it's to explorer.exe?
This started yesterday I'm guessing its ad/spy-ware but I need to know where it is!
so I can delete it or use A squared
included is a picture of the bugger

I would post a HijackThis log for a log specialist to take a look. HijackThis is available here:

http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en...kthis/download

Use "Do a system scan and save a log file", and notepad will open with a log of what it finds, copy and paste the contents here. Don't ask it to fix anything.

This is Malware which tricks you into downloading harmful software desguised as Anti Malware.

Please, Run a Hijack this log.
