tzchange.exe editing my registry, Help.
A On-Access Anti Spyware program called Counterspy detected tzchange.exe making changes to my registry, sadly I cant find how to get logs to post here but, I wanted to hear your guys inputs. Do you guys know what it is and why was it changing my registry?

I hear its a windows time zone thing so could it just be randomly alerting my registry to make sure I have the correct time? THis was soemtime between 3:00-3:30 AM

Thanks guys. Please help.

Use the search function that is built into Windows and search for tzchange.exe. Once you find the file, right click on it and click Open file location. Copy the address in your address bar and go to VirusTotal, click Browse..., paste the address from your clipboard, and double click tzchange.exe. Now click Send File and wait for the results.
