Hi

My computer has been taken over by a virus/spyware.
It has downloadd three programmes - "Software and Malware Protector", "Privacy Guard" and "Error Cleaner". It has also installed a screen saver stating that there is spyware on the computer and a screen saver with bugs on it!

I have tried using spysweeper to get rid without success. It will not let me into task manager which it says has been turned off by the administrator.

I would really appreciate some help on this one!!

I got enough functionality on my PC to find your response to someone else with the same problm.
I downloaded and ran SmitfraudFix andsolved the problem - many thanks for your help
