Passwording FTP Directories/Folders
Is there anyway, so that when people access the FTP, when they try to download or open a certain directory it asks for a password. I don't mean so it cant be access through a web browser, i mean just passwording certain Folders/Files

Yes, you can passsword protect folders on a FTP folder.

Then read FileZilla server's documentation on password protecting individual folders and files.
