Unhappy Backdoor.IRC.Bot
cannot delete a file from recycle bin. when i try, windows crashes.. after running norton scan i discovered the file contains a high risk virus. possible backdoor.irc.bot which apparently is a generic detection for a group of backdoor trojan horses (does this make sense to anyone??!!) Please help me to delete this file. running vista home premium on hp g6000 laptop if that helps.

Try booting up in Safe Mode ( hit the F8 key repeatedly after the memory counting Bios screen disappears ) and try deleting it from there.
