Help Please!
So i turned on my computer and it says that my automatic update isnt turned on so i thought no biggie and tried to turn it on but i couldnt and than apparently i get a bunch of viruses and so i thought i tried to download avira but i cant download anything. what should i do?

Try System Restore. Start > Accesories > System Tools > System Restore. Pick a date before all this started happening and the system will revert back to that date, erasing any software that was installed since. Maybe it will heal this problem

I did a google for WinSpywareProtect, and it seems like it is malware.

System Restore won't remove infections.

Yes, System Restore doesnt fix malware. I am hoping that System Restore will fix his unable to download problem. Since if he cannot download, then he can download HJT we cannot review any HijackThis log.

He can download HJT on good computer, and move it to bad computer with flash drive.
