I have recently purchased this for virus protection - it is a nice system or so I thought. For my money all i have got is a giant headache because i cannot get the activation key to work even after pulling every piece of virus checking spyware off my computer. The customer service with these people is horrible - when you phone them their office is always closed and their tech service never reply.

So be warned - be leary about purchase this product!

Have you tried returning it to the store where you bought it? If it doesn't work, why keep it?
