Malware Removal is a site that offers what we refer to as "boot camp" university to learn the ropes about removing malware. They have teaching experts who take you through various exercises to learn how to analyze HijackThis logs, recognize the different infections and how to use the tools necessary.

There are others and if you'd like more information, please send me an e-mail (just click on my user name and you can send me an e-mail from there or from within my profile.)
