ashwebsv.exe (Avast!) really nessecery?
i recently downloaded NetLimiter 2 because i have exceeded my 5 Gb download limit for the month twice and it has never happened in almost 24 months, and it turns out ashwesv.exe has received 4.5mb and send 2mb within an hour just basic slow browsing on this site, so i have a feeling it is the main factor... i am down to 30 odd kbps here.... help is appreciated...

If you have a bandwidth issue, I would disable it.
