I have recently noticed that my wireless network in my house is not secure. Often my connection speed will drop from 56mbps to 11 or less. I'm assuming this is because one of my neighbors is stealing my signal.

I took my laptop outside on the deck the other day to see what networks I could pick up. I picked up 4 of them including mine, but mine was the only one that wasn't secure. It says mine is configured for open access. How do I change this? I'm really getting sick of my connection speed dropping off to almost nothing all the time.
