error
occasionally from time to time my computer lags out and the "windows explrorer" stops working. what should i do?

What system are you using..Anti-virus and Spyware programs installed?
When does this happen?
Let us have as much info as you can.

Hi best to only use one Anti-virus program as they will fight as they try and scan the same files.
Choose one uninstall the other.
Avg uses less resources.
D/load some Spyware programs.
Ad-Aware.

D/load check for updates..scan.
Remove all entries

D/load check for updates..scan your system.
