Question mswsock.dll 'application execution' pop-up
Have a new computer running Vista. Keep getting this pop-up that says "Application Execution" C:\windows\system32\mswsock.dll

I cannot tell where the pop-up ..originates from...AVG, Spybot, Windows Defender??? I don't know. Also have no idea what mswsock.dll is, even though I've tried researching it, - so have no idea what Forum therefore this question truly belongs in. Is this a Virus or Malware warning message?

Can anyone help? What is this, why would I be getting it, what should I do or look for to see why it's coming up and what application is 'Executing'??

Exclamation mswsock.dll - additional info.
The pop-up came back a few more times and I can now see that it's from Windows Defender.

I have run AVG scans, Spybot and of course Windows Defender...had them scan complete system and absolutely nothing found.

Hope the additional info. helps.
