n00b help needed please
Hi,

My laptop's been freezing up all day. I have to press the power button to turn it off. The last time it happened I got a blue screen that said bad pool header and it restarted.

After the restart it said that windows start up was going to do a systems restore. I seem to be ok now but I was wondering if theres anything I should do to be on the safe side.

Thanks in advance
