Is my continue button or browser hijacked?
when logging onto my bank I first of all.
Sign in(ID and Password)and press continue,
Normally this takes me to a memorable information page which asks me for several different characters but at this moment in time it is taking me to an insecure page(no padlock) which looks authentic but asks for all my account details.

However, If I sign in(ID and Password)and then press the return key instead of continue I am taken to the correct page(I think) which tells me that my internet access is suspended(which was done by me) but the padlock is not visible but if you click where it should be it authenticates.

Has my button been hijacked or my browser, I have a laptop which comes up with the correct page which tells me that my internet access is suspended.

I'd get you a free firewall and antivirus program going on that laptop, especially if you're doing banking on it. Make sure you run some scans and I would watch where you type in personal information, there is phishing websites out there that setup as a fake webpage and you enter your information which is transfered to someone private. Paypal and Ebay have many of these phishing emails that are sent out on a daily basis by private people.
