Exclamation Norton 360 -- (sucks?)
Upgraded from Norton 360 1.0 to 2.0. Everything fine. One day on Guest account Intrusion Prevention was turned off. On Admin it was on. Used Symantec Backup settings cleaner and Norton Removal Tool. Reinstalled. Everything fine. Rebooted. IP for Guest off...again!!!???

I don't really care I really think that Symantec needs a huge improvment in their customer service this is the thrid day that this question has been posted and I know their isn't just one Symantec authorized support personell or ANYONE that will help me.

Just buy a Symantec Product yourself and see for yourself their agonizing customer service! (&*@#!*&)#@)!

Just use Avast or Avira, they are free and better than Norton.

can't believe that Symantec protects more people in the world from online threats than anyone else and they can't even afford a good customer service department. I'm not looking for generic answers; i want a solution....Michael york? Tony Weiss?

Hi TechOutsider

I guess if there were any Symantec reps around lately they would have answered your question or helped you....

I guess Michael York is at your other thread, perhaps:

http://forums.techguy.org/general-se...strangley.html

Please stick with that one thread, TSG rules permit only one thread for the same issue, and it looks to me that you were getting pretty good help, in your first thread, so I am going to close this one.
